Fees for My Services

My goal is to provide you with affordable and convenient services. To keep costs down, I work from home, which means I can offer many services online, through zoom or phone calls, at times that work best for your schedule. When I need to meet in person with you or with your children, I have office space available in downtown Raleigh and in Cary.

Initial Consultation

$250 for 60 minutes

Child Custody and Child Support (initial order and modifications)

$250 per hour

$1,500 deposit

Domestic Violence Protection for Adults/Children

$175 per hour

$750 deposit

Separation Agreement

$250 per hour

Deposit: TBD depending on facts of your case

Equitable Distribution

$250 per hour

Deposit: $1,500

Post-Separation Support/Alimony

$250 per hour

Deposit: $1,500

Uncontested Divorce

Flat fee: $750 (plus filing and service fees)

Court-Appointed Parent Coordinator

$200 per hour (split between parents)

$2,500 deposit (split between parents)

Court-Appointed Guardian ad Litem

$200 per hour (split between parents)

$2,500 deposit (split between parents)
